Wilderness Edge sits in a semi-alpine valley amid fir trees, aspen stands, sage and wild flowers. A small, spring-fed creek flows through the property and empties into the pristine waters of Cliff Lake (below). A private road connects Wilderness Edge to this jewel of a mountain lake. This beautiful, un-crowded lake provides our guests with opportunities for fishing, boating, canoeing, kayaking and wildlife viewing. Conservation easements and national forests border the Wilderness Edge on all sides.
The closer accommodations are to Yellowstone Park, the more crowded and noisy the environment. Wilderness Edge is located a fairly short distance from the Park and guests appreciate its quiet solitude and charm. Wilderness Edge is an Equal Opportunity Provider.
